Makkah: Security patrols in Makkah arrested a Bangladeshi resident for fraud after he posted fake Hajj campaign advertisements on social media, falsely offering accommodation and transport in the holy sites. He was referred to the Public Prosecution following his arrest and legal procedures.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Public Security urged citizens and residents to comply with Hajj regulations and report violations by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh and Eastern regions, and 999 in other areas.
