Riyadh: The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has launched an updated version of the guide for health, technical, and safety requirements for collective housing for individuals.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry emphasized that the release of the updated guide represents a key step toward developing the regulatory framework for collective housing for individuals. These efforts align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to build sustainable cities.

It is also working to update municipal requirements and develop its health and technical guides and safety standards.
