Riyadh: Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Chairman of the King Khalid Award Committee Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz announced the winners of the King Khalid Award 2025 during a news conference held today at the King Khalid Foundation headquarters in Riyadh.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the awards announced included the Development Partners Award, the Excellence in Non-Profit Organizations Award, and the Sustainability Award. Winners will be officially honored at an awards ceremony on December 3.
Prince Faisal bin Khalid stated that this year's winners reflect a model of work that demonstrates the impact of sustainable development in the Kingdom and highlights the ability of individuals, organizations, and the private sector to innovate solutions that meet societal aspirations. This approach has guided the King Khalid Foundation since its establishment.
The results revealed that stc Group won first place in the Sustainability Award, which recognizes private-sector entities that integrate innovative sustainability practices into their operations and deliver measurable social, economic, and environmental impact. The Charity Society for Orphan Care in Eastern Region (Benaa) received first place in the award for Excellence in Non-Profit Organizations for its strong administrative performance and adoption of best practices in serving beneficiaries.
First place in the Development Partners Award went to the 'Moddakir' application for teaching the Holy Quran. The initiative was recognized for offering innovative solutions to social and economic challenges in the Kingdom through programs designed to achieve lasting social impact.
