Jeddah: The fifth annual Red Sea International Film Festival, held in Historic Jeddah, hosted a special ceremony during which the Golden Globe Awards were announced and the winners were honored.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Golden Globes LLC president Helen Hoehne affirmed that the recognition reflects appreciation for the remarkable presence of the winners in cinema and reinforces the region's position as an emerging destination in the film industry.
Red Sea Film Foundation chairwoman Jomana Alrashid explained that the first-time collaboration between the festival and the Golden Globe Awards underscores the festival's growing international standing and helps showcase talent from the Arab world, Asia, and Africa on influential global platforms.
The award highlights outstanding creative achievements across the Middle East, Asia, and North Africa and celebrates artists and emerging talents whose impact in the entertainment industry continues to grow.
