Jeddah: Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Elkhereiji met with Palestine's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Varsen Aghabekian Shahin on the sidelines of the extraordinary meeting of the foreign ministers of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on the situation in Somalia, held in Jeddah. During the meeting, both sides discussed bilateral relations, developments in the Gaza Strip, and the efforts being undertaken in this regard. According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions aimed to strengthen cooperation between the two nations and address pressing regional issues. The meeting provided an opportunity for the ministers to exchange views on the current situation in the Gaza Strip and explore potential collaborative efforts to support peace and stability in the region.
