Red sea global: Red Sea Global (RSG), the regenerative tourism developer, has inaugurated the Jayasom Wellness Resort AMAALA, delivering a distinctive holistic health offering to the destination.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the resort was designed by Heah and Co., with interiors curated by Studio Carter, and is strategically located on Triple Bay's largest cove, featuring 153 keys and 24 residences. This new addition is part of AMAALA's secluded wellness core on the Red Sea coast, offering an environment where nature and hospitality blend for reflection and renewal.
John Pagano, Red Sea Global Group CEO, stated, "As we launch the first Jayasom globally, we are bringing a new dimension to AMAALA's wellness offering. Its dedicated, all-inclusive wellness retreats combine contemporary, evidence-based practices with Arab and Eastern healing traditions. Its personalized approach complements our ambition for AMAALA to become the world's most comprehensive wellness destination supporting guests on their long-term health journeys in an exceptional natural environment."
The resort's wellness philosophy integrates Arab and Eastern healing traditions with contemporary evidence-based practices, drawing on centuries of cultural knowledge exchange, including insights from pioneering scholars like Ibn Sina (Avicenna). Guests are offered tailored journeys addressing individual goals such as women's health, family wellbeing, and lifestyle resets, supported by holistic health, physiotherapy, nutrition, and daily activities.
Nutrition plays a vital role at Jayasom Wellness Resort AMAALA, with eight dining venues promoting balanced lifestyles. These establishments present a variety of cuisines inspired by regional and international traditions, focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients and nutritious meals. Interactive culinary experiences and specialty concepts further engage guests in exploring the significance of food in healthy living.
The resort features an adults-only wellness zone and family-focused experiences. The adult-only area provides a sanctuary with holistic therapies, physiotherapy, fitness, and Pilates, while family experiences offer age-specific facilities promoting connection, movement, and healthy habits.
Jayasom Residences offer a limited collection of two- to four-bedroom beachfront villas with private pools and sea-facing terraces. Residents benefit from exclusive privileges such as complimentary wellness retreats, preferred access to treatments and dining, and invitations to Jayasom events worldwide.
Situated between the Red Sea and the Tabuk mountains, the resort is enveloped by coastal landscapes presenting opportunities for various land and water-based activities, including hiking, trail running, cycling, kayaking, snorkeling, and diving.
The entire AMAALA destination, including Jayasom Wellness Resort, is fully powered by solar energy, aligning with the ambition to achieve a 30% net conservation gain by 2040.
Jayasom AMAALA is the seventh resort to open at AMAALA, marking another milestone in the destination's phased delivery. In the coming months, two more resorts will join the expanding portfolio of world-class hospitality brands, alongside branded residences, integrated wellness facilities, a marina, curated retail, a marine life experiential institute, and destination dining.
