Iraq participates in the opening of the International Conference and Exhibition on Fisheries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Baghdad Iraq participated in the opening of the International Conference and Exhibition on Fisheries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

A statement by the Ministry of Agriculture stated that its Minister, Mohammad Al-Khafaji, met today, Monday, with the Saudi Minister of Agriculture, Water and Environment, Abdul Rahman Al-Fadhli, on the sidelines of his visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at an official invitation.

Al-Khafaji expressed his happiness to participate in the opening of the International Fisheries Conference and Exhibition, which aims to strengthen international partnerships and discuss food security challenges and the sustainability of the fisheries sector, with the participation of 30 countries, 70 international and local companies, 50 international speakers, 150 international businessmen and 1,500 Saudi businessmen.

Al-Khafaji and Al-Fudhaili discussed strengthening the new partnership between Iraq and the Kingdom, within the framework of the Iraqi-Saudi Coordination Council, and in a manner that serves the interests of the two brotherly peoples.
