Saudi-UAE-Qatari Meeting for Enhancing Cooperation in Camel Sector

Riyadh– The Executive Director of the Camel Club of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Eng. Bandar Al-Qahtani met her yesterday (Wednesday) with the President of Qatar Camel Mzayen Club Hamad Al-Athba and the Director of UAE’s Al Dhafra Camel Festival Mohammed Al-Muhairi.

The meeting was seld on the sidelines of the First International Conference on Camel Safety being hosted by Riyadh.

The trio meeting aims at discussing ways to support and enhance cooperation in the camel sector among the three countries.

During the meeting, issues that would push festivals to more beneficial levels for owners and markets were discussed.

The meeting’s parties shared their experiences in organizing the accompanying camel events, the extent of the exchange of experiences, facilitating the movement of participants, creating an atmosphere that motivates them, and exchanging all opinions about working on the existence of camel markets, and a joint economic and commercial movement in view of the timings of the events in each country with a study of standards with one framework to reduce tampering, and seek to establish clear definitions of surgical procedures on camels, or cosmetic and veterinary surgeries in general.
