“NUSUK” Platform’s Interactive Pavilion Impresses Visitors at Hajj Expo 2023

Jeddah– The unified platform “Nusuk” concluded its pavilion at the Hajj and Umrah Conference and Exhibition (Hajj Expo 2023), held in Jeddah from January 9-12, 2023, which established the interest of the Saudi leadership in serving the pilgrims and corresponds to goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

“Nusuk” pavilion received the pioneers of the Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition, and the participating delegations from 57 countries, which was a witness to the development of the services provided to those visitors of Makkah and Madinah, from all around the world.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched the unified platform “Nusuk” in September 2022, in partnership with the Saudi Tourism Authority, to become the new Saudi portal for Makkah and Madinah visitors, to enrich the visitor’s experience, automate and facilitate the procedures for their visit to perform Umrah from around the world, as part of the initiatives of Doyof (Guests) Al Rahman Program, one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs.

Fahd Hamid Al-Din, CEO and member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Tourism Authority and general supervisor of “Nusuk”, expressed his happiness with the success and distinction achieved by the “Nusuk” pavilion within the “Hajj Expo” activities in Jeddah, after the remarkable successes achieved during the regional introductory tour in Egypt, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan among other countries.

He pointed out that the conference discussed several key issues related to improvement, sustainability, and competitiveness, which are positively reflected in raising the level of services and enriching the experience of visitors to Makkah and Madinah from different countries.

The Hajj and Umrah Conference and Exhibition is an important window for consolidating the bonds of communication with various countries and peoples of the Arab and Islamic world, regionally and globally, based on the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which presents an integrated strategy for the development of the Hajj and Umrah system by harnessing the potentials and capabilities to serve the guests, and providing quality programs and initiatives and develop decision-making processes and sustain the quality of services.
