Two suspects from both sides of a clan quarrel arrested south of Maysan

The security forces in Maysan arrested two suspects from both sides of a clan quarrel that occurred in one of the areas of Al-Majar Al-Kabeer district, south of the governorate.

Maysan Police Command said in a statement, a copy of which the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) received: “A security force imposed a security cordon to pursue and arrest those responsible for a clan quarrel in the aforementioned district.”

It added: “Raids and searches were conducted in the conflict areas, where the operations resulted in the arrest of two people from both sides of the quarrel, indicating that they were referred to the specialized investigation center to complete the rest of the necessary legal procedures against them.”
