Immigration Ministry announces the return of 368 displaced people in Nineveh to their areas of original residence

The Ministry of Migration and Displacement Evan Faiq Jabro announced today, Monday, the return of 368 displaced persons from (Al-Jadaa 5) camp in Nineveh Governorate to their areas of original residence.

“The displaced were returned to their liberated areas voluntarily, in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), in addition to distributing sums of money to them to help them provide the requirements for a decent life,” Minister Evan Faiq Jabro said in a statement.

I instructed the Ministry’s cadres to expedite an inventory of the names of the displaced who wish to voluntarily return to their areas of original residence, in coordination with international and humanitarian organizations and the relevant security authorities.
