Bahrain participates in Arab anti-terror meeting

Assistant Chief of Public Security for Operations and Training Affairs, Brigadier Mohammed Al Harram, has chaired Bahrain’s delegation taking part in the third technical team meeting for documenting the counterterrorism experiences of Arab countries and the 33rd meeting of the Arab counterterrorism expert group in Tunisia.

The meeting was held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers Council.

During the two meetings, ways to enhance cooperation and coordination among the concerned security agencies were discussed, along with the development of the expert group on combating and following up on the measures taken to implement previous counterterrorism recommendations. The meeting also discussed further strengthening cooperation with the United Nations and its bodies and committees concerned with combating terrorism and international and regional organisations.
