Iranian-Saudi talks in Baghdad

The Iranian Embassy in Baghdad revealed a meeting between the Iranian Ambassador, Kazem Al Sadiq, and his Saudi counterpart, Abdulaziz Al-Shammari, today, Sunday.

According to a statement by the Iranian Embassy, “the two sides referred to the growing relations of the two countries emanating from the serious desire of their leaders.”

Al Sadiq described the forty pilgrimage as a ground for cooperation and strengthening ties between Islamic peoples, and Al-Shammari considered the conditions favorable for the implementation of joint economic projects in light of the efforts calling for stability./ End
