The occupation shoots a Palestinian south of Hebron

Before noon on Wednesday, Israeli occupation soldiers opened fire on a Palestinian who was driving a car at Al-Harayek checkpoint, near the “Beit Hagai” settlement, south of Hebron, wounding him.

The occupation army confirmed that its soldiers “neutralized” a car driver who allegedly attempted to run over a group of soldiers at Junction 200 near the “Beit Hagai” settlement, south of Hebron.

The occupation forces closed the entrance to Al-Haraiq, the entrance to Al-Fawwar camp, and the entrance to Al-Fawwar Dura camp, in addition to an intense deployment of occupation soldiers on the bypass road south and east of the city of Hebron.

Later, the Israeli Rescue Without Borders organization said that the injured young man near the Beit Hagai settlement was transferred to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba
