Foreign Minister receives new ambassadors’ credentials

Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, virtually met with newly appointed ambassadors to Bahrain and received copies of their credentials.

Dr. Al Zayani received a copy of the credentials of José Rafael Aguero, Paraguayan Ambassador-designate to Bahrain, residing in Abu Dhabi.

He received a copy of the credentials of Sergelen Purev, Mongolian Ambassador-designate to Bahrain, residing in Kuwait.

The minister received a copy of the credentials of Tin Yew, Ambassador of Myanmar to Bahrain, residing in Riyadh.

He received a copy of the credentials of Jean-Philippe Linteau, Canadian Ambassador-designate to Bahrain, residing in Riyadh.

The minister received a copy of the credentials of Christophe Varno, European Union (EU) Ambassador-designate to Bahrain, residing in Riyadh.

He also received a copy of the credentials of S. Premjith, Singaporean Ambassador to Bahrain, residing in Riyadh.

Dr. Al Zayani praised the development of bilateral relations with each country.

He stressed the importance of strengthening ties and wished the ambassadors success in their diplomatic work.

The ambassadors expressed their pride in presenting a copy of their credentials to the minister, stressing their keenness to develop bilateral relations and wishing Bahrain continued progress and prosperity.

Ambassador Shaikh Abdullah bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Chief of American Affairs, Ambassador Fatima Abdullah Al Dhaen, the Chief of Asian and Pacific Affairs, and Ambassador Ahmed Ibrahim Al Qurainis, the Chief of European Affairs, attended the handover of copies of credentials.
