Riyadh: The Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS) signed a cooperation agreement with the UNESCO Regional Center for Quality and Excellence in Education (RCQE) on the sidelines of the Human Capability Initiative Conference and the International Education Exhibition, held in Riyadh from April 13 to 16.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the memorandum was signed by Director-General of ABEGS Dr. Mohammed bin Saud Al-Moqbel, and UNESCO RCQE Director General Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Medaires. The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration between the two entities by exchanging expertise and implementing joint studies and programs.
