Abha: The Film Commission has announced that the Film Criticism Forum will take place in Abha on August 21, marking the first stop in a series of forums scheduled throughout the year.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum provides a platform for dialogue and intellectual exchange, celebrating the intersection of architecture and cinematic imagery. Critique sessions will explore the relationship between cinema and architecture, accompanied by dialogue seminars that foster conversations with filmmakers. The forum will conclude with a screening of a film, followed by an open discussion with the director.

The forum will also showcase a variety of cultural activities inspired by Aseer Region's unique identity, enriching attendees' experiences and deepening their engagement with the themes of architecture and cinema.
