Baghdad, The head of the State Forces Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim, arrived in the Holy Governorate of Karbala today, Tuesday, and met with its governor, Nassif al-Khattabi, his two deputies, the president and members of the governorate council, heads of administrative units, directors of service departments, and security leaders.
