Tabuk: The General Directorate of Narcotics Control has successfully apprehended two citizens in the Tabuk region on charges of promoting illegal substances. Specifically, the individuals were found to be in possession of 1.1 kilograms of hashish and tablets that fall under medical circulation regulations. Following their arrest, appropriate legal measures were implemented, and the suspects have been referred to the Public Prosecution for further proceedings.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the operation highlights the ongoing efforts of the security authorities to combat drug-related activities within the region. The authorities have urged all citizens and residents to actively participate in this fight by reporting any information related to drug smuggling or promotion.
