Aseer Prepares to Welcome Tourists with Over 100 Parks, Gardens

Aseer: The Aseer Municipality has rehabilitated and maintained more than 100 parks across the region's cities and governorates in preparation for welcoming visitors and tourists from within the Kingdom and abroad.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the municipality has published a statistical report highlighting the intensified field efforts to improve and maintain public parks and gardens. These efforts aim to provide an attractive and safe environment to accommodate the influx of tourists to the region's highlands, known for their mild summer climate. The report details that over 100 parks have been renovated, and approximately 20,000 seedlings and flowers have been planted and produced for distribution in parks and public spaces.

In addition to these improvements, the municipality has pruned 587 trees and trimmed green areas covering more than 731,902 square meters to enhance the visual landscape. Furthermore, a total of 21,377 tons of treated water has been used for irrigation purposes, contributing to the sustainability and beauty of the parks and gardens.
