The land patrol of the Border Guards in Al-Harth Governorate of Jazan Region has prevented an attempt to smuggle 49 kilograms of Khat. After completing the necessary legal procedures, the seized drugs have been handed over to the appropriate authorities.
In efforts to combat drug smuggling and selling, security authorities urge the public to report any related information by calling 911 in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern regions, or 999 in other regions of the Kingdom. Alternatively, individuals may contact the General Directorate of Narcotics Control at 995 or via email at 995@gdnc.gov.sa. It is important to note that all reports will be treated with utmost confidentiality, as confirmed by security authorities.
