Heavyweight champions Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois posed for a face-to-face at Monday’s media day in London, with the Tower Bridge providing a striking backdrop, to kick off fight week of the Riyadh Season Card – Wembley Edition, which will start on September 21.

The Kingdom has been hosting big fights for several years, but has started to take the Riyadh Season brand on tour: in London now, for the first time, and in Los Angeles last month.

Ahead of their world title bout, Anthony Cacace and Josh Warrington also faced off yesterday. They will compete for the International Boxing Federation (IBF) super-featherweight title on the Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois undercard on Saturday. Joshua Buatsi and Willy Hutchinson squared off before their fight for the interim light heavyweight title of the World Boxing Organization (WBO).

Yesterday’s face-offs also included Tyler Denny and Hamzah Sheeraz, Mark Chamberlain and Josh Padley, and Joshua Kelly and Ismail Davies, who replaced Liam Smith due to an injury.
