Jeddah: The "Chinese Film Nights" event, organized by the Chinese Consulate General, the China Film Administration, and the Red Sea International Film Festival, launched in Jeddah yesterday, attracting diplomats and film, culture, and media enthusiasts.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Jeddah Wang Qimin emphasized the importance of the film industry as a cultural bridge connecting peoples and fostering cultural understanding.

Meanwhile, the Chinese ambassador to the Kingdom explained that the event extends the commitment of both Saudi and Chinese sides to strengthen cultural exchange, as part of the Saudi-Chinese Cultural Year 2025.
