Madinah: Deputy Governor of the Madinah region, and Deputy Chairman of the Hajj and Visit Committee in the region Prince Saud bin Khalid bin Faisal, recently welcomed the acting Director General of Civil Defense, Major General Dr. Hammoud bin Suleiman Al-Faraj.
During the meeting, the Deputy Governor was updated on the preparations of the Civil Defense for implementing the general emergency plan during the Hajj season of 1445 AH. He was also informed about the pivotal responsibilities of the Civil Defense Support Force at the Prophet’s Mosque and its surrounding areas, and the dedicated efforts in place to serve and ensure the safety of pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors.
