Riyadh: The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that it has recorded sales surpassing SAR10.7 billion in the first half of 2026. This achievement was made through the sale of 3,089 real estate and movable assets across 814 auctions conducted both in-person and online throughout the Kingdom.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Infath emphasized its dedication to improving the efficiency of sales and liquidation processes. The center aims to facilitate the swift recovery of entitlements while delivering a comprehensive sales and liquidation experience. This is achieved through the development of innovative solutions, the adoption of advanced technology, building strategic partnerships, and empowering the private sector.

Infath operates as an independent government entity responsible for overseeing the sale and liquidation of both fixed and movable assets referred to it by judicial and government bodies, alongside private sector contributions and individuals. The center allocates these assets to specialized entities and supervises their operations, helping expedite the recovery of rights and enhancing satisfaction among beneficiaries.
