The Federal Police forces arrested one of the perpetrators for committing a murder during a quarrel, and seizing a factory for printing counterfeit currency in Baghdad.
The Federal Police Command stated in a statement: A force from the Second Division, Federal Police, in conjunction with intelligence detachments, arrested one of the perpetrators after he killed a citizen during a quarrel in (Al Shu’la) area in Baghdad.
The Police Command added in its statement that a force from the Second Division, with the support of intelligence effort detachments, according to the confessions of a gang consisting of 4 suspects who were arrested earlier for counterfeiting currency, managed to seize an integrated laboratory for counterfeiting local currency in Al-Bakriya area that includes a large offset printer, an amount counter, a scanner, a calculator, a generator, and other materials.
