The Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) held a developmental workshop on Tuesday to enhance the outcomes of the Saudi Media Forum 2025.

The workshop highlighted the importance of cooperation between the forum and active entities and the exchange of experiences and best practices in the field of media. Participants also discussed key challenges and future opportunities.

The workshop witnessed the participation of numerous experts and directors of media and corporate communication from both the public and private sectors. The aim was to foster cooperation between various relevant entities and the Saudi Media Forum, which is considered the premier media event in the region, representing an attractive force for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through adopting a media platform that visitors visit annually.

In addition, this is supported by the Future of Media Exhibition (FOMEX), which saw participation from over 150 exhibitors from 30 countries during its previous edition.

SBA Chief Executive and Saudi Media Forum
President Mohammed bin Fahad Al-Harthi emphasized that the workshop is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the forum’s role in achieving sustainable development.

He highlighted the forum as an international platform for professionals, experts, and media industry enthusiasts to share knowledge, thereby advancing its objectives across all levels.

He also pointed out that one of the key elements of success is fostering cooperation and building a strong network of media experts, blending experiences to lead change and create a positive impact, in line with the Year of Media Transformation led by Minister of Media and SBA Chairman of Board of Directors Salman bin Yousuf Al-Dossary.

The workshop is part of a series of developmental workshops for the forum, which will be held with experts and stakeholders to enhance the forum’s activities, elevate its aspirations, and strengthen cooperation between the forum and its successful partners.
