Jeddah: The second day of the First Floating International Franchise Expo in Jeddah, attended by entrepreneurs and investors from inside and outside the Kingdom, focused on franchise expansion strategies and opportunities for Saudi brands to enter global markets.
According to Saudi Press Agency, participants discussed the significant growth of the franchise sector in the Kingdom, driven by Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to enhance international investment opportunities. They also reviewed key strategies and tools for the global expansion of Saudi brands.
Several successful Saudi brands in sectors such as restaurants, caf©s, education, and tourism were highlighted for their strong global growth potential. The event also addressed key steps to support the international expansion of Saudi franchises, including analyzing opportunities and challenges in foreign markets, selecting and studying target markets, understanding local cultures, adapting products to new cultural contexts, utilizing direct and digital marketing, and participating in local and international exhibitions.
