Riyadh, The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, received the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ali Al Kayed, today at the headquarters of the General Secretariat in Riyadh.

During the meeting, they discussed the dangerous situation in the Gaza Strip and the ongoing Israeli violations against the Palestinian people. They emphasised the necessity of a ceasefire and the delivery of relief and humanitarian aid to the inside of the Gaza Strip.

They also reviewed and discussed topics of mutual interest between the member states of the Council and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in addition to reviewing the latest developments regionally and internationally.
