GEA and King Saud University Collaborate to Enhance Entertainment Education

Riyadh: The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) and King Saud University have entered into a cooperation agreement at the university's headquarters in Riyadh. The signing ceremony was attended by GEA CEO Eng. Faisal Bafarat and Acting President of King Saud University Prof. Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Masmali.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this agreement aligns with GEA's strategy to foster academic partnerships that contribute to the growth of the entertainment sector and bolster national capabilities. The partnership aims to enhance academic and research efforts in entertainment, alongside developing educational programs and specialized certificates.

The cooperation will see both parties exchanging academic and research expertise and providing students with advanced training and professional qualification opportunities. Additionally, they will work together on research and development projects to formulate innovative solutions for the industry.

The agreement also includes provisions for joint participation in events and initiatives, enhancing both academic and institutional engagement in the expanding entertainment industry.
