The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Holy Mosque has announced its preparedness to receive pilgrims after they completed their Hajj rituals and to provide them with all required services.
The agency said that it has put in place a concise system of integrated services at the Prophet’s Mosque, including providing luxurious carpets, Zamzam water, and sanitizers, in addition to preparing museums, exhibitions and the library to enrich their Hajj experience. All services are accessible to the elderly and people with disabilities.
The agency also said it is working on organizing crowds at the mosque’s corridors and yards to ensure pilgrims’ smooth movement and well-being.
