Makkah: The second group of guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Guests Program for Umrah and Visit, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, visited today the King Abdulaziz Complex for the Holy Kaaba Kiswa in Makkah. The visit is part of the cultural program prepared by the ministry to enrich the guests' experience during their stay in Makkah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the guests learned about the history of manufacturing the Holy Kaaba Kiswa, as well as the establishment and development of the complex. They also received an overview of the historical stages through which the Kiswa industry has evolved and viewed models and photographs documenting its history and the development of its manufacturing techniques and precision.

The guests were introduced to the various stages of manufacturing the Holy Kaaba Kiswa, from preparing the fabric and weaving to embroidery and final assembly, as well as the raw materials used and the precise skills and craftsmanship required.

The guests expressed their admiration for the precision and craftsmanship they witnessed in the production of the Kiswa, praising its high quality and professionalism, as well as the skills of the specialized Saudi personnel. They noted that these efforts reflect the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's care for the Holy Kaaba and its commitment to serving the Two Holy Mosques.
