Heritage Commission Wins Best Arab Government Authority Award

Cairo: The Heritage Commission won the Best Arab Government Authority Award at the Arab Government Excellence Awards, organized by the Arab Organization for Administrative Development in partnership with the UAE government.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the award was received by General Manager of Transformation and Strategy at the commission Rayyan Al-Hassan, on behalf of CEO Dr. Jasir Al-Herbish, during the ceremony held at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo.

Dr. Al-Herbish congratulated Minister of Culture and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Heritage Commission Bader bin Abdullah bin Farhan, emphasizing that the achievement reflects the minister's continuous support and close follow-up of the commission's work, initiatives, and projects. He noted that this support played a key role in the commission being named the Best Arab Government Authority for 2025.

He also highlighted the significant attention and support extended to the heritage sector by the Kingdom's wise leadership, which has contributed to a qualitative leap in heritage-related projects and initiatives and strengthened efforts to raise awareness, deepen understanding, and enhance pride in national heritage.
