His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Supreme Council for Youth and Sport First Deputy Chairman, General Sports Authority (GSA) Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee President, Ivo Ferriani, President of SportAccord and the Global Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF), and Stephan Fox, Vice-President of SportAccord.
His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, GSA Deputy Chairman, Dr. Abdulrahman Sadiq Askar, Chief Executive Officer of GSA, and Ahmed Al-Wazzan, President of the Bahrain Kickboxing Muay Thai Federation, were present.
HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad welcomed Ivo Ferriani, and commended the efforts being made by GAISF to promote sports across the world, affirming Bahrain’s interest in enhancing its cooperation with it.
The two sides discussed areas of joint cooperation and cooperation, praising the role played by GAISF in developing various sports.
Ivo Ferriani expressed thanks and appreciation to the Kingdom of Bahrain for the warm welcome and hospitality accorded to him and his delegation, commending Bahrain’s efforts to support the activities and programmes of international organisations.
