Amna bint Ahmed Al Romaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, met Amel Moussa Belhaj, Minister of Family, Women, Childhood, and Elderly of the Republic of Tunisia, on the sidelines of the fifth Budapest Demographic Summit (BDS), held in Hungary.
Al Romaihi highlighted the Housing and Urban Planning Ministry’s plans to provide housing services to the citizens, citing the schemes launched recently to provide sustainable housing services to Bahraini families in partnership with the private sector, in addition to the efforts to provide projects and services in housing cities to ensure stability for their dwellers.
The two sides discussed ways to further enhance cooperation and exchange of expertise in the field of social services provided to the citizens, including the social housing sector, to achieve decent life for families.
Belhaj praised the kingdom’s efforts in providing housing services and developing the urban planning sector.
She wished Bahrain further success and prosperity.
