Riyadh: His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, accompanied President Donald J. Trump of the United States on a visit to Diriyah. The highlight of the tour was the At-Turaif Historic District, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site and known as the birthplace of the Saudi state.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Crown Prince and President Trump took part in watching a traditional Saudi folk performance. They also posed for a commemorative photo in front of Salwa Palace, which served as the former seat of governance during the First Saudi State.

The tour included a presentation on the Diriyah Project, an initiative aimed at restoring and preserving this historic area.
