His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, sent a congratulatory cable to President Paul Kagame on his re-election as president of the Republic of Rwanda.
In the cable, HRH the Crown Prince expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes for success and prosperity to President Kagame and extended hopes for further progress and advancement for the people of Rwanda.
