Riyadh: The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources celebrated today its achievement of the Great Place to Work® CertificationS for 2025, awarded by the global authority on workplace culture in recognition of its efforts to foster an attractive and empowering work environment for national talent. The ceremony was attended by Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry is implementing a range of employee onboarding programs and human-capital development initiatives that have enhanced the competitiveness of its workplace environment. These programs include the leadership talent development program 'Qimam,' the Youth Growth Program 'YGP,' the provision of integrated digital services for employees, and continuous improvements to the employee experience. Additionally, the professional management of the ministry's facilities ensures a safe and optimal working environment.
