General

Makkah: The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit is managed through a dynamic electronic platform and a team of young national professionals.

The program, overseen and implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, runs through an integrated system that includes scientific, administrative, and technical personnel operating internationally in multiple languages.

Its purpose is to enhance services for the guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, streamline procedures, and facilitate information flow.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program system aims to establish a central database containing all program-related data.

Moreover, it provides a package of reports and supporting statistics for the program’s activities and for the operational leadership managing the guests and workforce.

The program is responsible for registering data for nominated countries and their approved numbers while enabling embassies and invitation off
ices abroad to use the system to register their nominees’ data, verify the information, and approve the nominees.

The program specializes in organizing arrivals and departures, recording all flight data for the program’s guests, and registering accommodation information for guests (in Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites).
