Brussels: Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah met yesterday with Director General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) Maciej Popowski. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the European Humanitarian Forum 2025, held in Brussels, Belgium.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussion between the two leaders centered around topics of common interest, particularly focusing on strategies to bolster humanitarian work in countries in need. Both parties expressed their commitment to enhancing cooperation in order to provide more effective aid and relief operations globally.

Popowski commended the Kingdom's relief efforts, highlighting the initiatives carried out through KSrelief. He noted that these efforts have received international recognition for their success in alleviating suffering and fostering human solidarity on a global scale. The meeting underscored the importance of collaborative efforts in addressing humanitarian challenges and the ongoing dedication to supporting those in need.
