Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Masam Project, dedicated to clearing explosives from Yemeni territory, removed 1,033 across various regions of Yemen during the first week of December. This initiative is part of an ongoing effort to enhance safety and security in the war-torn country.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the newly cleared explosives bring the total number removed under the Masam Project to 527,493. Saudi Arabia, through KSrelief, continues its efforts to remove randomly planted explosives in Yemen, a mission that helps save civilian lives, especially among children, women, and the elderly.
The Masam Project enhances civilian safety and helps enable Yemenis to live a dignified and secure life. The ongoing demining activities are crucial for restoring normalcy and ensuring that the affected regions can return to safe and productive use by the local communities.
