KSrelief Provides Potable Water Access in Yemen’s Hajjah and Sa’adah Governorates

Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) continued implementing its water supply and environmental sanitation project in the districts of Midi, Haradh, Hayran, and Abs districts in Hajjah Governorate, Yemen, as well as in the Al-Azhour camp in the Razih district of Sa'adah Governorate: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) is making notable progress in providing essential water resources in Yemen's Hajjah and Sa'adah governorates.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during the period from November 19 to 25 in the Hajjah Governorate, KSrelief supplied 959,000 liters of potable water and 13,397,000 liters of usable water. Additionally, 61 trips were conducted to remove waste from camps for internally displaced persons, highlighting the ongoing commitment to environmental sanitation.

In Sa'adah Governorate, efforts by KSrelief resulted in the supply of 97,000 liters of potable water and 70,000 liters of usable water. These initiatives benefited 30,100 individuals, underscoring the significant impact of the project on the local population.
