Madinah: The Standards and Metrology Institute for Islamic Countries (SMIIC) Board of Directors meetings will commence today in Madinah, running from July 20 to 21.

According to Saudi Press Agency, delegations from 13 Islamic countries are participating in these meetings, which are chaired by SMIIC Board of Directors Chairman and Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization Governor Dr. Saad Al-Kasabi.

The Kingdom hosting these meetings underscores its pivotal role in promoting cooperation and joint Islamic action across all fields.
