Riyadh: Since its launch as part of the Saudi Media Forum, the 'Media Ambassadors' Initiative has achieved notable success through its first two editions. The program has been instrumental in developing and nurturing young media talents from universities across the Kingdom, empowering them to play an active role in shaping national media and representing youth before the forum's visitors.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the inaugural edition of the initiative included more than 15 male and female students from various Saudi universities specializing in media. Its goal was to discover and empower a new generation of Saudi youth passionate about honing their skills. That edition produced a promising group of creative young media voices, capable of articulating the visions and aspirations of the Kingdom's youth and strengthening Saudi media's image both domestically and internationally. For many participants, the experience served as a launching pad into distinguished professional media careers.
Building on this momentum, the second edition hosted 14 students representing 14 different Saudi universities. It focused on empowering the new generation in the media field and advancing their skills within a professional and hands-on environment.
The second edition was marked by an expanded network of partnerships, enabling the media ambassadors to deliver high-quality media projects that reflected their professional awareness and ability to represent Saudi media in an honorable manner. It contributed to building a more innovative youth media sector aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, supporting creativity and empowering national talent.
