The Minister of Media, Salman bin Yousef Al-Dosari, received on Monday evening, the Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, at the headquarters of the Media Operations Room for the Hajj season 1444H in Makkah.
During the visit, the Minister of Transport was briefed on the workflow in the Media Operations Room, the mechanism of work of the teams in planning paths, media relations, digital production, and the mechanism of the Virtual Press Center (VPC), through which more than 1,100 local and international media professionals have registered.
He also visited the Saudi Press Agency, “SPA”, where he was briefed by its President Dr. Fahd Al-Aqran, on the work provided by the agency in coordination with its field teams and international partners, and its support for Islamic and international news agencies.
The visit paid by the Minister of Transport and Logistics Services included the headquarters of the Audiovisual Media Authority, which provides all services and facilities to local and international media, benefiting more than 1,200 media professionals through the “Media Platform”.
