Makkah: The Health Services of the Ministry of Defense announced that it will continue to provide air ambulance service during Hajj season 1445 AH, in cooperation with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority and the Presidency of State Security, represented by Security Aviation, where it has allocated the most modern aircraft in the world, equipped with the latest emergency medical equipment, to cover the areas of the holy sites during Hajj season. Assistant Commander of the mission, Brigadier General Dr. Bandar bin Mohammad Al-Juaid, explained to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that this year, air ambulance aircrafts belonging to the Armed Forces Medical Services were equipped around the clock to support in emergency situations and transport those whose health condition require support to the Armed Forces hospitals. He stressed that medical evacuation has equipped emergency plane hospitals, including operating, recovery and intensive care rooms, laboratories, radiology units, and oxygen machines that work for 4 hour s inside the plane.
