Ministry of Interior Showcases Makkah Route Initiative, Promotes ‘No Hajj without a Permit’

Riyadh: The Ministry of Interior is meticulously reviewing the ‘Makkah Route’ initiative, a pivotal part of the Pilgrim Experience Program and a cornerstone of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The initiative aims to provide unparalleled services to pilgrims through harmonious collaboration with various government agencies.

The ministry’s mobile exhibition, “No Hajj without a permit,” is currently underway in Riyadh from 18-24 Dhul-Qi’dah 1445 AH at the Al-Othaim Mall Compound.

At the exhibition, visitors are invited to delve into the ongoing efforts of the Makkah Route initiative, a beacon of high-quality services to the pilgrims. This year, the initiative is being implemented for the sixth time, spanning 11 airports in seven countries. The countries, each with its unique cultural and religious heritage, include Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Morocco, Bangladesh, Turkiye, and CĂ´te d’Ivoire.

The ministry’s exhibition showcases the services of the Riyadh Region and the public security sectors, including the Specia
l Forces for Hajj and Umrah Security, the General Directorate of Civil Defense, the National Center for Security Operations, and the Ministry’s Department of Translation.
