Madinah, The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque intensified its efforts to serve the mosque’s visitors by providing guidance, inquiry, and communication services in various languages.
The number of beneficiaries of field communication in different languages reached 1,617,461, and 1,154,388 individuals benefited from guidance services in the first three months of the year.
Additionally, 253,923 individuals received religious guidance, and the authority handled 253,951 inquiries through communication channels in the first quarter. The authority remains dedicated to provide an integrated services system to ensure the comfort of visitors and worshippers.
