Riyadh: The General Directorate of Passports has announced that a total of 961,903 pilgrims have arrived in Saudi Arabia for the Hajj season 1446 AH. These pilgrims have entered the Kingdom through various ports, including air, land, and sea, as reported on Saturday, May 24.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the breakdown of arrivals shows that 912,598 pilgrims have entered via airports, 45,028 through land crossings, and 4,277 by sea. The directorate has emphasized its commitment to ensuring smooth entry procedures for all pilgrims. This has been achieved by equipping all international entry points with advanced technology and deploying highly trained, multilingual staff to assist the influx of visitors.
