The President of Al-Fourqane Islamic University in Cote d’Ivoire, Dr. Fadiga Moussa, expressed his admiration for the Saudi Makkah Route initiative.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Moussa highlighted that this year marks the first implementation of the Makkah Route Initiative in his country, adding Cote d’Ivoire to the list of countries benefiting from this program. Moussa praised the initiative as a remarkable project that significantly facilitates Hajj procedures. He extended his gratitude to the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for this initiative.
Furthermore, the university’s undersecretary for educational and cultural affairs emphasized the Kingdom’s significant efforts in the humanitarian field, commending the Makkah Route Initiative as a testament to these endeavours. He added that the initiative is the world’s first program to streamline the procedures for pilgrims while they are still in their home countries.
